We've professionally wandered through finance, psychology, architecture, marketing and refuse to choose just one thing. We all pursue creative work beyond software: trail running, parenting, woodworking, renovating old buildings, making music and theater.

We may be inconsistent in our interests, but we're consistent in our values and approach to work.

I'm now helping build too Inconsistent while raising a tiny human, working toward a world where meaningful work and financial stability aren't mutually exclusive.

I'm a former CTO and engineering team lead. I've been coding for as long as I can remember, and have been passionate about organization design and self-management for a while. When I'm not coding away at night time, I'm likely doing woodworking, making music, or going on adventures with my son.

I also work on the UI / UX aspects of cooperative's software and take care about our visual communication. I like to think on high level, asking bigger questions and discovering a inner structure of a given task. Currently working my way towards PhD studies in computational design on the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of technology.
